Returns

At Damniss, we want you to love your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition

Include all original packaging and accessories

Have a valid proof of purchase or order number

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

Reason for return

Photos or videos (for damaged/defective items)

After reviewing your request, we will provide:

Return authorization

Return shipping address

Instructions on how to send the product back

Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Damniss will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong product), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error) may receive a partial refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or malfunctioning, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video.
We will send a replacement or provide a refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they have not shipped.
If the order has already shipped, a return request must be submitted after delivery.
